  • margin-right
  • margin-top
  • margin-bottom

}
Try it

The Margin Shorthand Property:

The CSS margin property uses a shorthand property for setting margin-top, margin-right, margin-bottom, and margin-left in one place. This method is faster and it has less code than the previous method.

margin: 25px 10px 20px 25px; – Top is 25px, Right is 10px, Bottom is 20px, and Left is 25px.

The auto Value:

The margin property is set to auto to horizontally center the element.

Example:

h1 {

width:500px;

margin: auto;

border: 2px solid blue;

}
Try it

The inherit Value:

It is used to inherit the margin values from the parent element.

Example:

div {

border: 2px solid blue;

margin: 100px;

}

h2 {

margin: inherit;

}
Try it

Example:

h1 {

padding-right: 50%;

}
Try it

Example:

h1 {

padding-top: 50px;

}
Try it
