To create WordPress pages is very similar to creating posts. Just remember that pages are intended for static content, they do not change often.
How to Add New Page:
The following are the steps to add new pages to WordPress:
- Firstly, log in to the WordPress account.
- Go to the “Pages” on the menu of the sidebar and select the “Add New”.
- Now the new screen will be open where you will be given the option to add title and content for your web page.Title: Here you can write the title of the page.Content: Here you can write the content of your page.In Visual mode, you can write in a regular format.
In Text mode, you can write in HTML format.

How to Publishing Page:
After writing the entire content, the next thing is to the public the content. To public the content, you simply click the “Public” button. This button is on the right side of the panel.
The following are the list of components that come under Public section:

- Save Draft: It is used to save the page as a draft.
- Preview: It is used for previewing your page before publishing.
- Status: It is used for changing the status of your page, whether it is published, pending, or under reviewer draft.
- Published: It is used for changing the published page date and time.
- Visibility: It is used to modify the visibility of the page to public, private, or password protected.
How to Edit Page:
For editing the page, you have to go “Pages” in that select “All Pages”. There you will see the list of all created pages. If you bring your mouse above a page then you will see an option for Edit and Quick Edit. You can use either “Edit” or “Quick Edit” to make changes to your pages.

How to Delete a Page:
For deleting the page, you have to go “Pages” in that select “All Pages”. There you will see the list of all created pages. If you bring your mouse above a page then you will see an option for Trash. You can use “Trash” to delete that respective page.
